Refund Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Should the event be significantly delayed or rescheduled, you will be notified of the new date and time, and your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event. Refunds will be issued only if the event is officially cancelled. If this occurs, refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will not be issued for events that are rescheduled or postponed without being officially cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

If a game is cancelled, you will be able to reuse the same ticket for the rescheduled game or an alternate game.
